Are you ready for the USCIS fee changes in 2025?

New USCIS Immigration Fees – Based on HR 1

📅 Effective Date: From July 22, 2025

🔑 Main changes:

• 🆕 Asylum (Form I-589):

  • New starting price: $100

  • $100 annually (AAF) while the case remains pending

• 💼 Work Permit (Form I-765 – EAD):

  • Initial application: $550

  • Renewal / extension: $275

• 👶 Special Immigrant Youth (Form I-360):

  • New rate: $250

• 🛡️ TPS (Form I-821):

  • Rate increases from $50 to $500

⚠️ Important

• USCIS will reject forms submitted after August 21, 2025 without the correct fees.

• These fees cannot be waived (fee waivers do not apply).

• Payments must be made separately at the current rates.
