⚖️ Important Notice – Court Decision
May 19, 2025: The United States Supreme Court (ruling 8-1) suspended the order that kept TPS in effect in 2023.
Temporary Protected Status in Minnesota for Venezuelans with documents dated April 2, 2025 ended, according to the cancellation on February 5, 2025 by Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem.
Beneficiaries with documents issued on or before February 5, 2025 maintain their status and validity while the litigation continues.
Any documentation dated after February 5, 2026 is not valid.
👤 Who Does It Affect?
People outside the U.S. who file an H-1B petition for the first time on or after September 21, 2025.
People who apply for tourist visas but who already have an approved H-1B petition.
