Responsibilities

  • Attend to potential clients through meetings, calls, and virtual consultations.

  • Collaborate with lawyers to provide expert guidance in the initial stages of the legal process.

  • Manage sales prospects and follow up on inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

  • Provide valuable information to the management team based on customer feedback.

  • Develop sales strategies to optimize lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

  • Solid sales experience, preferably in the legal sector or customer service.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers in difficult situations.

  • Self-discipline and proven ability to work independently and achieve goals.

  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a college degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven track record of sales success through lead generation and conversion.

  • More than 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.

  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but not required.

  • You must have basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office.

Salary or Compensation

$22,000 - $32,000
