Responsibilities
Attend to potential clients through meetings, calls, and virtual consultations.
Collaborate with lawyers to provide expert guidance in the initial stages of the legal process.
Manage sales prospects and follow up on inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Provide valuable information to the management team based on customer feedback.
Develop sales strategies to optimize lead conversion.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Solid sales experience, preferably in the legal sector or customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers in difficult situations.
Self-discipline and proven ability to work independently and achieve goals.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a college degree in a relevant field.
Proven track record of sales success through lead generation and conversion.
More than 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but not required.
You must have basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Salary or Compensation
$22,000 - $32,000
